Candace Bosman’s passion and work, is living and leading with compassion and enthusiasm. Her natural ability and strong sense of self allows her to genuinely influence and engage with others- this connection, builds inspired individuals and winning teams. Her industry-leading, and trailblazing attitude is magnetic; her specialties include: organization change management, operational strategic planning, project management, learning and development, leadership development and quality assurance.
Her career has spanned across multi industries, financial, telecom, and utilities organizations where a highlight for Candace was setting-up a full on-boarding training program for an off-shore Call Centre in Manila, Philippines – she was responsible for designing core programs and certifying the trainers to ensure a seamless customer experience globally. Candace is deeply rooted into Calgary’s culture and city– it’s been with great pride that she has been able to share her theory and experience in in building a an enhanced visitor experience and development program for the Glenbow Museum.
This in addition to other volunteer opportunities such as the Heart Truth – (supporting women’s heart health) and BlackGold Syncro Skating Club for over 6 years. Most recently, after 9 years supporting the training and development program at ENMAX , she has now transferred those skills to IT project readiness and change management for multiple technical enhancements for the customer experience programs at ENMAX.
Candace is eager to give back all that has been given to her, and is thrilled to be a member of the Highbanks Society Board in order to do so.
