Biagio Veltri

As a Private Banker with RBC Wealth Management, Private Banking, Biagio Veltri provides comprehensive wealth management and financing strategies to high-net-worth business owners, executives, professionals and their families in Calgary.

Mr. Veltri’s career spans over 26 years in the financial services industry, including 11 years with RBC. Prior to joining as Private Banker, he managed a team of RBC Mortgage Specialists serving clients in the Vancouver lower mainland and BC interior. He also spent four years as a Vice President with a major Canadian bank, overseeing a district of urban and rural branches that included retail, wealth management, small business and commercial banking clients. As the former owner of a small family-run home building business, he draws on all of his experience to develop innovative solutions to help his clients achieve their long-term personal and business goals. To support financial planning conversations with his clients, he also holds Professional Financial Planner (PFP) designation.

Mr. Veltri is passionate about building lasting relationships with his clients, and providing the best possible experience. Together with his team, he provides customized solutions that include complex credit structures, tax and retirement planning and sophisticated packages for managing daily banking and cash management needs. As needed, he will partner with a broad range of experts across RBC to deliver investment management, Wills and estate planning, commercial banking, business succession planning and trust structures to meet both the domestic and international needs of their clients.

Mr. Veltri holds a diploma in Business Administration & Marketing from SAIT Polytechnic and a Certificate in Marketing from the University of Calgary. Originally from Calgary, he has been married since 1995 and has two children. He is active with the United Way, and in 2009 received the United Way Volunteer Chair Award in recognition of his service. He also contributes his time to Junior Achievement of Alberta and the Alberta Children’s Hospital.
