Allison’s career has focused on business and technology transformation across multiple industries with the last 15 years focused on wealth management in support of helping Canadians build wealth and prepare future generations to steward wealth. She has recently returned to ATB Wealth as vP of Growth & Innovation after spending eight years as a founding member of Grayhawk Wealth where her most recent roles included Chief Operations Officer and Chief Experience Officer.

She loves collaborating with a great team to solve complex problems, helping others adapt to change in a way that achieves their goals, being ahead of the change curve, learning new industries, strategies, history, and innovation to find better outcomes. The strength in combining transformation, leadership, people, and technology has been a key learning in her professional journey. Leading with the goal of lifting all, collaboration for peer success, deep understanding of people change management and successfully leading change, systems thinking and application to solving complex problems are her areas of focus.

Allison has recently returned to Highbanks Society as she continues to be inspired by the meaningful work and commitment to the clients that it serves. As a young single mom, she faced some of the challenges around being unable to finish her education to focus on providing a home for her children and is grateful for the opportunity to play a role in ensuring that other mom-led families can have both an education and a home.
