Highbanks staff and resident families had the pleasure of taking off for a little retreat to Flint Rock Ranch this August. The ranch is owned by Highbanks founder, Bette Mitchell, who graciously allowed our community to use the place. Located in the foothills of the rocky mountains just west of Lethbridge, it provided a beautiful space to hike and explore. We practiced yoga, hiked, played sports and games, went on walks and scavenger hunts and shared meals together. It was a special few days to get away with our resident families for some open space, fun, rejuvenation, fresh perspectives and bonding time!
Thank you Sherri Wright-Schwietz for connecting us with the services of Lia Haus from An Organized Haus who donated support to assist us with planning this big event. Huge thanks to Bette and the rest of the Mitchells for generously offering up the ranch for our use. We had an amazing time!
